2-024 "Brown Bag" Special Interest Group Meeting: Grading the Evidence of Complex Interventions

Schedule:
Wednesday, June 1, 2016: 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Seacliff C (Hyatt Regency San Francisco)
Speakers/Presenters:
Paul Montgomery and Sean Grant
The aim of this special interest group is to discuss the launch of a new project to develop an extension to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) approach for complex social interventions (see the project website for more details).

We will begin with a discussion of preliminary research investigating challenges with applying the current GRADE approach to complex social interventions and user-identified proposals to adapt GRADE. This discussion will serve as the foundation for conversation with SPR participants about their thoughts on the project protocol, aims, and methodology.

All SPR participants are also invited to join in the project, namely an international online expert panel to help develop the GRADE extension.
