May 11, 2016. We just learned that due to unexpected family responsibilities, Dr. Tom Cook is unable to present the Preconference Workshop II "Better Quasi-Experimental Design and Analysis" Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in San Francisco. Therefore, we have decided to cancel the workshop (rather than find a replacement at this late due.) Dr. Cook expressed his sincere apologies and he has committed to giving the workshop at SPR in 2017 in Washington, DC.
